Reed Damron


Reed started in the employee benefits field in 1992, including over 12 years in the Third Party Administration and stop-loss field. Reed successfully built the sales and service organization for HPS/Paradigm, a leading southeastern TPA. He was instrumental in the growth and development of that firm ultimately positioning the company for merger in June 2004. Reed started his career in employee benefits with a major southeastern brokerage firm and worked for EBP/First Health, the country`s largest administrative services firm. Reed specializes in claims control strategies, stop-loss contracting, alternative funding, managed care processes and procedures for insured and self-funded clients. Reed has worked with a diverse group of clients, public and private, ranging from small closely held organizations to large corporate customers.

He has a BBA degree from the University of Georgia in Risk Management/Insurance. He holds the designations of Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). On a personal note, Reed actively coaches business leaders and families in need through various Church affiliations and programs. Reed is married with 2 children and enjoys rooting for “his” Georgia Bulldogs and playing golf whenever possible. Reed and his wife Kelly are active in their church, they volunteer with various youth organizations and ministries for those in need. They are also active volunteers with Camp Sunshine, which is a wonderful organization focused on Children with cancer and their families.
